Job Description:

  • Responsible for the execution of secretarial compliance jobs.
  • Liaise and prepare correspondences with authorities and clients on secretarial and other matters.
  • Assist in advisory work on secretarial and corporate services issues.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree preferably in Business, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance, ICSA or equivalent
  • Professional qualification.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Fresh graduates
  • with strong academic qualification and interpersonal skills will be favorably considered for the other
  • junior positions)
  • Good analytical skills and detail-oriented in the review of documentation and verification of information.
  • To carry out quality corporate services as an independent, efficient and effective manner.
  • Able to work as a team player and efficiently under pressure and tight reporting deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients.
  • Adaptive in challenging situations and be able to undertake responsibilities and take on diversified tasks and assignments.
